Oooh I can't wait to read your post on British actors! They're my favorites, I'm on a Roger Livesey kick right now :)

I too would like to meet Robert Osborne. Instead of being a guest programmer though, I would like to be a younger version of him. TCM needs someone younger to connect to old souls in young bodies.

Great post, hope you get to see Four Daughters if you haven't yet. It's a really great movie! (I'm a big John Garfield fan) I was able to get a VHS copy through interlibrary loan at the school where I teach. I wish I had made a DVD at the time, but I didn't have a VHS to DVD copier then. Maybe I'll get it again and do so. Cheers!

Working at TCM is on my to-do list, too. :)

Kate: I am so excited to do the post on British actors because I've been watching some British films and I'm absolutely hooked. :)I hope you'll like it.

Genevieve: I totally agree, I would want to be a younger version of him, it would be an amazing thing if they brought someone younger onto TCM in order to appeal to the younger people.

Mark:Thanks, Yes I've seen "Four Daughters" and absolutely love it.

Caitlin: Isn't that every Classic film fan's dream job? lol

Thanks for the tag Nicole! I only just found it, but I did do the crazy eights tag, if you'd like to check it out. :)

Don't get your hopes up too high for Fairmount. Although I've never actually been there, I do live in IN and it's not a thrill. Trust me. :) However, James Dean is a huge deal here. When we had the Dish Network guy come to fix the satellite, he made it a point to let us know that his aunt went to high school w/ James Dean. We didn't ask him or anything. Just blurted it out like it was his reason for living. It was hilarious.

Anyway, I'm very excited to see your post on British Actors! I've got a huge crush on Michael Redgrave after watching Thunder Rock the other day. :)
