365 Movies: A Hard Day's Night Review

A Hard Day's Night stars The Beatles- Paul McCartney, John Lennon, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr and Wildfred Brambell in this 1964 film. The film is basically a day in the life of The Beatles and how crazy busy they were. I absolutely loved The Beatles in this movie, they were so darn hilarious. They all had such funny lines and the expressions on their faces were priceless. I love the part where they are in the train and John moves a bit closer to a fellow rider and says to the man, '' Give us a kiss", seriously that line cracks me up. And of course, the songs were amazingly great! Of course, I can't finish this post without saying who my favorite Beatle is -

PAUL MCCARTNEY!

Isn't he so adorable?????? :D

Love this film as well. My favorite part is definitely the "Cant Buy Me Love Sequence" when they are just jumping around. It looks like they were having so much fun.

I haven't seen this yet, but (I can hear the collective "ugh" now) I can remember my mom telling me about it when I was obsessed with The Spice Girls movie, which was apparently paying homage to this. ("Ugh" I know lol!)

hmm I don't know enough about The Beatles to have a favorite but I think based on looks alone I'd have to go with Sarah on this one... George! :-D

Love this movie!!! So much fun. My family quotes it all the time. I used to be a George girl when I was young, but over the years I turned into a John girl.

This is one of my favourite films of all time, alongside Help! and Yellow Submarine. It's not JUST because they are Beatles movies, but they are simply great films! Of course, my favourite Beatle was always John, but then I'm guy so cuteness of any given Beatles doesn't really come into play!
